Schweitzer Engineering Laboratories (8:00 am - 4:30 pm) - Please register online at www.selinc.com/events 

SEL is offering a regional technical seminar to introduce new products, technology, applications and complete solutions.  Please join us for product demonstrations and meet with SEL engineers to discuss your applications.  Session will focus on power system protection, monitoring, control, communications and integration.

The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) aims to enhance preparedness through a "whole community" approach by providing training, products and resources on issues such as active shooter awareness, incident response, and workplace violence.  These situations are by nature unpredictable and evolve quickly.  This seminar will help to better prepare you for an active shooter situation and raise awareness.

Lodging is not included in registration fees and must be arranged directly with the hotel.  Mention the Energy Council of the Northeast to get the negotiated rate.  Rooms and rates were held until Sunday, October 25th.  Contact ECNE to see if we can get you in the room block.

Doing Good in the Community

In September 2012, at 10 years old, Kylee McCumber started Kylee’s Kare Kits for Kidz, Inc. to help children without enough food at home on the weekends.  Every Friday, almost 250 children in the Leominster, MA public school system receive a Kare Kit that includes cereal, juice, fruit cups, applesauce, pudding, macaroni and cheese, chicken noodle soup, granola bars, etc.  Click here to visit their website.
